We are searching for a professional, motivated Executive Assistant / Human Resources Coordinator to administrative support to our senior executives and coordinate company-wide human resources activities. Responsibilities include a large range of important tasks such as coordination of meetings, assistance with presentations, management of human resources and general office management.

We are specifically looking for a self-starter, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This candidate will have high visibility in the organization and will interface with senior executives inside and outside of the organization.


  • Support senior executive level associates with key business activities
  • Coordinate and manage quarterly Board of Directors meetings
  • Manage preparation, review and distribution of corporate presentations
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, on-boarding new hires and manage HR related activities across the team
  • Manage employee engagement efforts within the company
  • Work with senior management to create a positive company culture
  • Prepare and update project timelines, key dates and action items for on-going projects
  • Coordinate meetings, plan events and travel
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and performance and facilitate successful implementation
  • Effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Human Resources experience is strongly preferred
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
  • Executive assistant and/or administrative professional experience (4+ years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to properly draft and edit memorandums, correspondence, presentations and interface with senior leaders are required
  • Organizational skills, exemplary client service skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work with independence and minimal supervision is required
  • Demonstrated team player attitude, with a record of proactively taking initiative as appropriate is required
  • Ability to handle confidential matters and communicate with discretion is required
  • Strong attention to detail, including excellent proofreading and grammar skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with making travel arrangements and coordinating complex meetings are required
  • Ability to take full ownership of assigned work and produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
